1. Information We Collect
- Account info: name, email, phone (optional), authentication credentials.
- Buyer profile: target county, price range, loan-type preference, first-time/veteran status.
- Pro profile: license numbers, business name, service areas, bio, photo, license documents.
- Disclaimer acknowledgments: timestamp, IP address, and approximate geo (country/region/city) for audit purposes.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We store subscription status and customer IDs; we never see card numbers.
- Usage data: pages viewed, tools used, basic device info.
2. How We Use It
- To match buyers with vetted pros in their county
- To process subscriptions and provide support
- To verify pro license status and prevent fraud
- To improve our tools and educational content
3. Sharing
When you request a callback or are matched, your contact details and stated needs are shared with the matched pro. We do not sell your data. We use vetted processors (Supabase for hosting/auth/data, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for delivery) under data-protection agreements.
4. Your Rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard or by emailing privacy@bluebonnetbuyer.com. Texas residents have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.
5. Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after deletion for legal/audit purposes. Disclaimer acknowledgments and subscription records are retained for 7 years.
6. Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, row-level security, and least-privilege access. No system is 100% secure; report concerns to security@bluebonnetbuyer.com.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 18.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
