Applicant disclosures & agreements

• Billing & approval. Submitting this application does not initiate billing or grant portal access. If approved, I will receive a secure email with a payment link for the monthly agent plan; portal credentials are issued only after payment is successfully processed. If I redeem a valid promotional code at approval, the monthly subscription requirement is waived for the duration of the promotional trial. Promotional codes are valid for 30 days from issue and may be used only once by the invited applicant.
• Lead volume is not guaranteed. BluebonnetBuyer is not responsible for the volume of leads I receive. Volume varies with market conditions, seasonality, buyer demand, service area, and other factors outside its control. My subscription pays for placement in the round-robin rotation within my market tier - not a guaranteed number of leads.
• Subscription terms & compliance. I have read and agree to the Pro Subscription Agreement, Terms of Service, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. My subscription is a flat advertising / marketing-access fee - not a payment for referrals, closed transactions, or originated loans. I am independently responsible for RESPA, TCPA, fair-housing, and state-licensing compliance, and will not market myself as “recommended,” “preferred,” or “endorsed” by BluebonnetBuyer.
