1. Acceptance
By accessing BluebonnetBuyer ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Educational Service — Not a Lender
BluebonnetBuyer provides educational information about home-buying programs in Texas. We are not a lender, real estate broker, or financial advisor. Information shown is for general guidance only and is not a guarantee of loan approval, grant eligibility, or program availability.
3. Pro Network
Agents and lenders listed in our Pro network are independent third parties. We screen license status at onboarding but do not guarantee their performance, advice, or fitness for any particular transaction. You are responsible for vetting any professional you choose to work with.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Subscriptions (Pros)
Pro subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are at our discretion and not guaranteed.
6. Prohibited Use
- Submitting false buyer or pro information
- Scraping, reselling, or republishing Service data
- Soliciting buyers outside the lead workflow
- Discrimination on protected classes (see Fair Housing)
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Travis County, Texas.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
