Capped county lead opportunities

A seat in a capped county is meaningfully different from a name in a list. We protect partner economics with strict per-county caps and a rotation that respects your time.

Four rules that make the seat worth holding

Hard seat caps per county

Metro: 5 agents per county. Suburban and Rural: 3 agents per county. Caps are enforced at signup - once a county is full, new applications are waitlisted, not stacked.

Tier-matched routing

Buyer callbacks are only routed to partners who hold a paid seat for the buyer's exact county and market tier. No cross-county spillover, no out-of-tier matches.

30-minute rotational accept window

Each new lead is offered to one eligible partner at a time. Accept and it's yours. Decline or let it expire, and it rotates to the next partner in that county.

Skip rules for inactive partners

Pause 'accepting leads' or let your subscription lapse, and the rotation automatically skips you - your seat is held, but the lead doesn't wait.

Zero-Match Promise

If you don't get a matched lead, your next month is on us.

We won't sell a seat we can't fill. If we route zero matched leads to you in a paid calendar month, we credit your next invoice automatically.

  • If you receive zero matched leads in a paid month, your next month is free.
  • Applies once you've held an active seat for a full calendar month.
  • Pausing 'accepting leads' or declining offered leads during the month disqualifies that month from the promise.
  • We'll credit your next invoice automatically - no claim form, no back-and-forth.
