Counties are reviewed periodically and may be retiered as markets grow. Partners are notified before any tier change affects their plan.
If you don't get a matched lead, you don't pay.
If you receive zero matched leads in a paid calendar month while your seat is active and accepting leads, your next month is on us - credited automatically, no claim form.

BluebonnetBuyer protects partner economics with hard market caps and a fair rotation - so the seat you pay for is the seat you actually fill.
Capped seats per market
Metro markets allow 5 agents per county. Suburban and Rural markets allow 3 agents per county. Seats stay scarce on purpose so every partner gets real volume - not noise.
Rotational with a 30-minute accept window
Each new buyer callback is offered to one eligible partner at a time. If the lead isn't accepted within 30 minutes, it automatically rotates to the next available partner in that county - keeping response times fast for buyers and opportunities flowing for partners.
Tier-matched
Leads only go to partners who cover the buyer's county and hold a paid seat in that market tier. No cross-market spillover, no out-of-state matches.
Active status required
If a partner pauses 'accepting leads' or their subscription lapses, they're skipped automatically and the next pro in the rotation receives the lead.
